Shipping Policy

TRUEcare Integrative ships to the United States and worldwide using USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.

We offer shipping in the United States based on product weight.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Standard shipping in the United States takes about 3-9 days for delivery, depending on location.

Expedited shipping in the United States takes about 2-3 days for delivery, depending on location. Due to increased volume from Covid-19, some expedited packages have taken as long as 7 days for delivery.

Customers outside of the United States may have to pay duties respective to their country of residence. The total will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If you need your product sooner, please contact us.
