Your health records when you need them.
Once you become a patient of TRUEcare Integrative Medicine you will be directed to create a patient health records account through Elation. This will be your secure online portal where you can review your treatment plan, handouts, lab results and message your doctor. You can also upload previous labs you’ve done that may be pertinent to your health history.
